Returns & Cancellations

Digital Products (SVG Files)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. Once a file has been purchased and made available for download, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If you experience any issues with your download or the file itself, please contact me. I’m happy to help resolve any problems.

Physical Products

Physical product orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun, and the order can no longer be canceled.

If your physical item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please contact me within 2 days of delivery. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
