Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are available for download immediately after your payment has been successfully processed.

No physical item will be shipped for digital purchases.

If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your files, please contact me and I’ll be happy to help.

Physical Products

Processing times vary depending on the item and will be listed on each product page.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information (when applicable).

HR Laser Designs is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 2 days of delivery so I can help resolve the issue.
