Purchase & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

All digital products are available for immediate download after payment is completed. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once the files have been made available for download.

Physical Products

Orders for physical products may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that time, production may have already begun, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Future Subscription Products

HR Laser Designs does not currently offer subscription products. If subscription services become available in the future, this policy will be updated to include subscription purchase and cancellation terms.
